So what my psychologist friends tell me is that in addiction, the substance or behaviors that people get addicted are myriad, but the treatment is more or less the same. Here I'm keeping a raw list of resources that I find as I try to understand and combat my own addiction. Some of these I haven't looked at yet, but will as I go.
